More Fire – reggae & dancehall session 147

Get ready for musical fire once again as Chant Down Sound blaze it up in the Mercat Cross Hotel basement for Australia’s longest running reggae & dancehall night – More Fire! Residents Ras Crucial and Jesse I will be joined in May by the System Unknown selectors, NZ’s Gwaan Gal, and Kenya’s DJ Pit – plus very special guest artist King Ru (aka RuCL) performing live. All styles of Jamaican music from classic roots reggae through to blazing bashment… the party shot!!

More Fire # 147 takes place on Saturday 11th May at The Mercat (456 Queen St, City). Doors open at 10pm, with a cover of $10 or $8 for concession holders, and PBS FM members.
