Eric Lau is a London-based producer, known for his work with an array of international artists including Lupe Fiasco, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Chris “Daddy” Dave, Dudley Perkins, Guilty Simpson, Oddisee, Muhsinah, Tanya Morgan, and several others.

In addition to production work he is also a well respected DJ having toured the world and supported acts such as Erykah Badu, Questlove and Robert Glasper to name a few. He has also provided mixes for renowned music platforms such as BTS Radio, RBMA Radio, Put Me On It, Gilles Peterson Worldwide and several others.

His debut album ʻNew Territoriesʼ was released through Ubiquity Records in 2008 to great critical acclaim was nominated as one of Gilles Petersonʼs Worldwide Top Albums of the Year 2008, establishing him as a key name at the forefront of progressive production talent. Afteratwo-year absence, 2010 saw the release of the ʻKilawatt: V2ʼ, ʻMakinʼ Soundʼ and ʻEric Lau & Friends – See and Under Standingʼ projects with Kilawatt Music, which generated a new wave of interest in the producers work.

A new 20-track offering called ʻQuadriviumʼ followed, and 2011 also saw the completion of ʻThe Mission EPʼ Detroit’s native Guilty Simpson, which will be released 3rd February 2012. This year promises to be even more productive, with more instrumental projects and a full-length album entitled One of Many. Also expect collaborations, production work and remixes for numerous other artists.
