Afrikapital and Jamaica House are teaming up to bring you Summer Riddim Poetry Slam! Come down to Jamaica House on Tuesday 27th February from 7pm till midnight, for spoken word poetry and great music.

If you’re a lover of Reggae, hip-hop, and dancehall, you don’t want to miss this. The event features spoken word poets and musicians performing from 7pm, and we’ve got DJ KlevaOne in the house bringing you the finest afro-centric beats.

Did we mention FREE ENTRY and FREE DRINK on arrival courtesy of Jamaica House. Free drink offer is only available until 7:30pm and limited to a rum and punch cocktail. Happy hour is from 6-8pm – that means $5 Red Stripe on tap, $5 house white and $5 house red.
