Elesia has landed. Fervently tuning her hypnotic yet dynamic style since she was a teen, Elesia is no stranger to the limelight.
Since the release of her debut single “Believe” late in 2014, Elesia has not only hit the stage at Sydney’s iconic Marquee club where she performed to a full house, she has also made an appearance on Channel 9’s Today Show airing around Australia.
“Believe” has enjoyed successful radio airplay in Australia across the Austereo network alongside other radio networks nationally and internationally. “Believe” is a fresh take on pop/R&B with heavy 808 drums, pulsing synths and driven by a deep, emotive vocal.
Fresh from a promo trip to Japan and with her sights set firmly on the world stage, Elesia has the magic mix of confident-cool and bossy talent, and is genetically blessed with features from both Japanese and Australian heritages.
Elesia describes her musical style as a mixture of Urban, Pop and Soul, fueled by cutting-edge beats, drawing influences from Trap, Dancehall and Hip-Hop.
Darker, street vibes and rhythmic undertones are what send Elesia on a journey, this is expressed not only through her music but her own personal style.
Before Elesia was writing and producing her own music, she began her career performing on stage with the likes of Boyz ll Men and K-Ci & Jo Jo during their Australian tour. She has also worked closely with ARIA Award winning writers and producers Ikid from The Potbelleez, Audius and Snob Scrilla.
An earlier single “Take It To The Top” was featured on the Australian television series “The Strip” in which Elesia also played a supporting role.
Elesia’s understanding of energy, frequency and balance has brought the world to her feet, but she’s keeping those firmly on the ground.
