Keeping his fire burning and his music and message alive is the annual Bob Marley Outernational Reggae Festival. Presenting the best Western Australian reggae musicians, singers and DJs in the beautiful outdoor surrounding of the Port Beach Garden Bar. 12 live acts and 12 djs, over 2 stages and 12 hours of uplifting vibes and music. Caribbean food stalls, reggae merchandise, and Marley films on the big screen. This year part proceeds are being donated to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. The 39th Annual tribute to the king of reggae Robert Nesta Marley will feature and array of acts from around the world. The outside stage will feature Western Australias leading reggae and ska bands, with special guests, Rumbie Tavaziva (the leading reggae songstress in Zimbabwe, having performed with Chiwoniso Maraire, Oliver Mtukudzi and Hugh Masekela), backed by the awesome Salvation Band, from Broome the band Chica, plus favourites The U-Nites, JahFyre, OS Cabra Roots, Little Pedro, Special Brew, Danny Pash, and making their Outernational debut, Ora, Divine Appointment and MC Kreem, and MC Ceasar Lok (Sudan).
