Super producer Exile returns to Australia and New Zealand for as series of shows including judging and performing at the Australasian Beatmaker Invitational Final in Melbourne on September 13th showcasing an exclusive MPC/DJ set.

Aleksander Manfredi, better known by his stage name Exile, is an American hip hop DJ, producer and occasional rapper. His first record appearances were as a member of the hip hop duo Emanon with the rapper Aloe Blacc. They released various mixtapes, beginning in 1995 with “Stretch Marx” before releasing their first album, “Anon & On”.

After 2002, Exile went on to release one more Emanon album and a solo album, “Dirty Science” in 2006, and another collaborative effort, “Below the Heavens” in 2007. The latter was critically acclaimed for Exile’s productions and raps by the new artist Blu. He then followed up by producing Fashawn’s “Boy Meets World” in 2009. Exile’s guest production work with artists including Mobb Deep, Ghostface Killah, Kardinal Offishall and Jurassic 5 is also renowned.
