After selling out at RISING 2022 , Heavy Congress is back for its third big dance —and this time it’s going to be a massive dance With I R ATION STEPPAS as our special guest. Six local crews made up of DJs, MCs and live performing artists—each wield colossal custom speaker stacks, bombarding the audience with bass, in a bid for the crowd’s seal of approval.

No two sound systems are the same, it is true that no 2 sound systems are equal. Each sound system is built for its own unique sound, shape, looks and place in the sound system community. The sound system is built to give pleasure to the hands that built it and to the tribes that presents themselves in front of it for musical pleasures.
