April 14 marks seventeen years of More Fire – the longest running reggae and dancehall night in Australia, representing all styles of Jamaican music since 2001. To celebrate, Chant Down will be blazing it up for another bigger-than-big birthday bashment! As well as residents Jesse I and Ras Crucial, get ready for musical madness from the extended family – Foundation Sound – NL (featuring Ivoryman), Troublemekka, DJ Agent 86, Armagideon Time, and Lion S – plus guest vocals from Quashani Bahd.

To help make the event even more special, sound on the night will be provided by the custom-built Solidarity Sound System.

More Fire 17th Birthday takes place on Saturday 14th April at Bar 420 (420 Lonsdale St, Melbourne). Doors open at 10pm, with a cover of $15 or $10 concession and PBS members.
