★ THE PERFORMANCES ★
☸ The Push Reggae Band
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3bU1mcZehE
The Push are a 5 piece reggae band from Melbourne which started off in 2012. Their aim was and still remains to simply produce militant reggae music with a message. Love not hate.
Constantly searching for truth and rights in this tirbulent political climate in which we all are living. Conscious lyrics and a strong reggae beat is what makes them light up the stage with that fire in their belly’s roaring.
With their strong creole heritage haling from Seychelles and Mauritius there is no way that the their island flow can’t be felt. With a bag full of originals and also covering some of the best modern reggae, all you need to do is just dance and be free.
☸ Randy & Jah Roots
Australia’s first Afro Reggae Roots Legend Randy Borquaye formed his world class African style Reggae band (Randy & JAH ROOTS) in 1979.
Famed for their energetic and captivating live performances with contagious danceable rhythms the seven piece band Randy & Jah Roots have opened up the stage for some of the world’s greatest musicians such as Peter Tosh, Tina Turner, Burning Spear, Toots and the Maytals and are still sure to entertain with there undiluted authentic afro reggae.

☸ Rodrigo K.
Is a Brazilian dj/producer, member of SOMV, resident in Melbourne. Using the art of turntablism to create and turntables as his instruments, he surfs between strands of hiphop, without losing the essence and the Brazilian groove, and also has the funk, soul, rnb with a lot of presence in your mixes.
