Reggae Vinyl Social Club at Jamaica House!

This is a brand new regular event for Sydney’s Reggae community, where we can come together, share our music, vibes and knowledge. Each session will be hosted by a couple of Sydney’s most experienced and established soundman and selectors, with the opportunity for those with a passion for reggae music to step up to the open decks and showcase their vinyl for the people. No judgement, just respect, praise and love for reggae music old and new. If you want to join the open decks, drop a tune on the event wall.

• If you wish to play your vinyl, post your name on the event wall along with a reggae tune. If you’ve got some lyrics to drop, post your name on the wall with a reggae tune, same way.
• Any players of instruments who wish to jam alongside our selectors, bring along your horns, drums, strings and vibes!
• If you have reggae vinyl but don’t like being on stage, you can just pass a record to the host earlier in the night, and your riddim will be dropped in fine style.
