Sunny Coast Rude Boys! Ska Party! Nundah Sat 18 Oct!

Sunny Coast Rude Boys! Ska Party! Nundah Sat 18 Oct!

Date18/10/2025

VenueSunny Coast Rude Boys

The Sunny Coast Rude Boys are back in Nundah by popular demand!! A 10-piece soundwave hailing from Australia’s Sunshine Coast beaches. United by a love of ska, this bumper-sized, uncontainable troupe of musical collaborators has attracted the attention of a diverse and growing fanbase around the country & overseas. The line-up has grown over the years with each member’s creative vision contributing to the ever-evolving, ever-electric sonic experience that has put the BRIZ-ska scene on the map.

Adding a generous dollop of sea spray and surf wax to the foundations laid by 2Tone and Trojan ska legends from The Specials and Madness to Prince Buster and Desmond Dekker, The Sunny Coast Rude Boys are known for their onstage antics and signature sound — a pop-tinged distillation of unexpected arrangements and seductive harmonies, invigorated by punchy horns and thumping drums.

Now, with a host of achievements under their belts, including sharing the stage with The Original Wailers, Bad Manners, The Allniters, Strange Tenants, Nicky Bomba and Death of Guitar Pop, headlining a string of festivals, and getting crowds jumping at sold-out gigs across the country with their expansive catalogue of original music and classic covers, the band is now preparing for their biggest year yet. With a more new original hit tracks in the works, national and international shows, tours and festival appearances all on the go, The Sunny Coast Rude Boys are a sure-fire supercharged party band!
