Island Vibe and The Triffid present… TRIFFID VIBES!
When you combine Australia’s premier Reggae and Roots festival with Brisbane’s finest live music venue, you know you’re in for a night of irie hi-fidelity good vibes!

Heading up the bill are internationally acclaimed Oka who bring a mash up of influences spanning house, big beat, reggae-dub, Roots, Jazz and world music. From Byron Bay we have down-under’s number one dancehall crew the 4’20 Sound featuring the MC extraordinaire Baptiste on the mic. 4’20 host the enormously popular weekly session in Byron Bay, attracting hundreds of fans and the biggest guest artists in the reggae world including Gappy Ranks, Ed Solo, Johnny Osbourne, Johnny Clarke and many more. From the Sunshine Coast we are delighted to have HighLife, who recently won the Qld music awards for best World Music. Local Brisbane 8 piece Pick It Up play a fab style of old school ska and rocksteady with a mighty brass section.
