Dizzy Dee
African artist living in Australia Dizzy Dee, whose real name is Desire Sibanda, makes international progress with new EP – “Time Shall Tell”. The 6-tracks set gathered musicians and producers from Jamaica, Romania, Canada, USA, Germany, Australia and Vanuatu to create a contemporary Reggae / Dancehall-infused body of work that aims to crossover and introduce him to new markets.
They say ‘time is the master’ and that is what Dizzy Dee is emphasising in this project. Realise time is the greatest asset you have so you got to use it wisely, put in the smart work and let time handle the external influences around. His critically-acclaimed collaborations with Torch (“Never See We Fading”) and Beniton (“Overcome”) also made the cut, along with a featuring with German songstress Saralène (“Stay Focused”).
The EP was produced by LionRiddims and Riddim Wise and it’s now available for digital purchase under Romanian label Soundalize it! Records and VPAL Music. All tracks were mixed and mastered by Dizzy Dee at Just4FunGrafix. – Georgiana Chitea
