The “Prescription” team presents VIBEZ, a Caribbean event.

The team is back in town after a trip to Trinidad & Tobago Carnival 2016! Full of that Carnival energy, and armed with the latest and best music out of the Caribbean, they are ready to turn up the VIBEZ along with special guest Carnival dancers and MC Trini Gladiata (Tinidad/UK)!

The Caribbean & Carnival is about passion, freedom, fun (and rum) and this is exactly what the Prescription team delivers to Sydney.

“Nah lockout is going to stop we!” These Caribbean DJ’s will be playing tunes will make you wine, wuk it up, and get on bad all night long!

Expect to feel the VIBEZ with the following genres:

· A generous serve of Dancehall and Soca

· A splash of Reggae

· A dash of Afrobeats

· A hint of Latin

MORE VIBEZ (Special guests)

★ MC TRINI GLADIATA (Trinidad/UK) – Trini Gladiator will be once again touching down in Sydney. A Carnival veteran and MC at Notinghill (UK) and Trinidad Carnival, the Gladiata brings the vibes true Trini style!

★ FREE IT UP DANCE (Sydney) – These Carnival dancers will be adding some fyah and spice to the mix featuring new moves and costumes straight out of Trinidad Carnival!

★GUEST DJ KIZITO MARLEY – Kizito from Mauritias, recently returned from his trip to his home island. He is the Tropical house genious can’t wait to hear the vibez.

The core “Prescription” team:

★ DJ FASMWA – One of Australia’s best Caribbean DJs and 2016 International Soca DJ competition finalist. Hailing from the little known Caribbean nation of Suriname, DJ FASMWA is a passionate advocate of Caribbean music. An original DJ from SpinDMusic, his skills have seen him play across Australia and internationally in Europe and the Caribbean. DJ FASMWA will be playing Dancehall, Soca, Reggae, Afrobeats, and more. One of Prescription night club’s resident DJs and Bondi Beach radio DJ.

★ DEEJAY KOOLBREEZE – Hails from the Island of Jamaica and is one of Sydney’s up and coming DJs. He plays a selection of Reggae, Dancehall and Soca, in his smooth, chilled style. One of Prescription nightclubs resident DJ’s.
