Kid Nesian releases Reggae Version of “Wind of Change”- granted permission by legendary Scorpions
Fresh from the success of his two singles “Stap Wantaim Yu” and “Tamine”, which both became hits around the South Pacific – Kid Nesian, the 21 year old Island Reggae sensation from PNG, has been given permission from the legendary Scorpions band from Germany to do a Reggae Version of their classic 90’s classic worldwide smash hit song “Wind of Change”.
Kid Nesian first became a household name in his native Papua New Guinea when he secretly entered himself into the popular singing TV competition “Digicel Stars” when he was just 14 years old. The minimum age requirement was 16, so embellished his entry form just to get onto the show. He blew the country away with his live performances and stormed to the grand final where he ultimately finished 2nd place.
Since then his star has been rising fast with his singles charting in the Top 25 Reggae Charts in Australia and also the Pacific Top 20. He was recently made a mini brand ambassador for Sprite because of his fast rising popularity.
Kid Nesian with his label CHM Supersound have put a bright sunshine drenched island reggae spin on this iconic track which is sure to be a hit with reggae lovers all around the world.
